2016 - Musischer Tag at the Stadthaus Ulm

In collaboration with the piano class, we performed various pieces. A highlight was Giovanni Allevi’s “Come sei veramente.” Our ballet dancers floated across the stage to the music of J. Brahms’ Waltz Opus 39 No. 15 in A Major, and the performance concluded with Bela Bartók’s “Allegro Barbaro.”

Ballet group in Ulm – who we are

Since 1998 the University Ballet Ulm has brought dance enthusiasts together, whether students, university staff or ballet lovers from the city. Everyone who enjoys classical ballet is welcome. From beginners to advanced dancers we value a warm atmosphere, artistic development and the shared experience of dance and music.

Our instructor Dr. med. Kay Astrid Weithöner brings decades of ballet practice and a ballet pedagogy degree from Paris. Together with dedicated members we keep the group alive and the semester fees fair.
