Raymonda
Our main production of the 2002/03 winter season was a ballet soirée arranged around Raymonda by Alexander Glazunov. The performance on Thursday, December 19, 2002, 8:00pm in the "Haus der Begegnung" in Ulm was a full-feature program including our interpretation of the Romantic classic plus lots of surprises. On the preceding Sunday, December 15, 2002, 6:00pm the dancers had once more taken part in a service in the Ulm Minster, as by now has become a small tradition with us.

Retrospective

Our choreography "Un truc joyeux" was received with enthusiasm by an especially large audience in the Ulm Minster. Until we can provide detailed on-line reports you might want to look at some information from the preparation period in the announcement.

Our first full-feature programme on December 11, 2001, took all we had to offer in terms of endurance and versatility. It featured choreographies on music of Piazzolla, Orff, and Minkus. The audience rewarded us with overwhelming applause. After that, it seems, nothing but extraordinary accomplishments are expected from us. Will we be able to live up to it? Will new sponsors join into the enthusiasm?

Premiere of scenes from "La Bayadère" in the Ulm Minster! A divine service on the topics of Advent, dream, longing, and coming true, was the context of an impressive performance on December 9, 2001. The congregation attending the service in a solemn mood in accordance with the season perceived dance and liturgy as a single entity.

On October 18, 2001, we had a public training in the ESG (Protestant student's congregation) hall. Anybody who was interested could learn about our sweat-driving doings and also catch some preliminary glimpses of our upcoming production.
